Our fees are clearly displayed and negotiable depending on the nature and complexity of the assignment. Unless otherwise stated, they are payable by the seller.

VAT at the applicable rate included. For any specific assignment — appraisal, commercial real estate, institutional transactions — our fees are quoted individually.
